# Troubleshooting

> Overlay, performance and launch help for Ignite ARC Raiders.

  <Accordion title="The overlay is slow or unstable">
    Open **Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Default graphics settings**.

    Turn **Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling** off, then restart your PC.

    Lower the in-game graphics settings and cap FPS if the visual overlay still feels uneven.

  <Accordion title="The menu does not appear">
    Switch the game to **Borderless** or **Windowed** mode. Exclusive full-screen is not supported.

    Check that the loader finished and closed before the game started. Close the game before trying the launch process again.

  <Accordion title="The loader is blocked or will not complete">
    Recheck [Getting started](/getting-started), including Memory integrity. Confirm that you ran the loader as administrator and used the key for the correct Ignite product.

    If it still fails, send [support](/support) the exact loader message. Do not substitute a loader from another product.
