# Troubleshooting

> Overlay and initialization help for KRUSH ARC Raiders External.

    1. Restart your PC.
    2. Run Medal as administrator.
    3. Turn off Medal's overlay using its top-left control.
    4. Enable Discord's game overlay and turn **Legacy Overlay** off.
    5. Open the overlay in-game to confirm that it is visible.
    6. Press **F2** again once everything is ready.

  <Accordion title="Overlay Not Clickable">
    Reinstall Medal and close competing overlays. Check Task Manager for unusually high CPU usage.

    Close resource-heavy nonessential applications and free disk space if the PC is overloaded.

    Check for a blocked loader or a conflicting process. Close virtual-machine processes and debugging tools, then retry.
