# Troubleshooting

> Driver, connection and extraction fixes for Crusader R6 Full.

  <Accordion title="Driver Initialization Error 1">
    Recheck [Getting started](/getting-started): Windows Defender, Memory integrity and conflicting FACEIT/Vanguard or third-party antivirus can block the driver.

    The loader also lists **Exploit Protection** and **Control Flow Guard (CFG)** as possible conflicts. Ask support which setting applies to your loader before changing system-wide protection.

    If setup is correct and the error remains, select **Get Support** in the loader, then try **option 1**, followed by **option 2**.

  <Accordion title="Cannot Connect To Server">
    Try [Cloudflare WARP](https://one.one.one.one/), then retry the loader connection. Disconnect WARP before opening the game.

    Download the loader again. Extract all files into a new local folder on your desktop, then run the extracted loader—not the ZIP.
