# Loader & activation

> Overlay setup, activation and launch for Exodus R6 Lite.

## Download

[Download the Exodus loader](https://undetect.net/loader_exodus).

## Choose one overlay

Use **Medal or Discord** and run your chosen application **as administrator** before the loader.

### Medal

1. Install [Medal](https://medal.tv/).
2. Run it as administrator.
3. Keep it open while injecting.
4. For better FPS, turn **Capture Clips** off under **Clip Settings**.

### Discord

1. Install [Discord](https://discord.com/) and run it as administrator.
2. Open **User Settings → Game Overlay → Overview**.
3. Turn **Enable Overlay** on and **Enable Legacy Overlay** off.
4. Enable **Overlay clickable regions**.
5. Check the game's entry under **Registered Games** and enable its overlay.
6. If Discord reports **No suitable overlay**, check that the game is using the current overlay rather than the legacy one. If that persists, use Medal or [ask support](/support).

Use **Borderless** or **Windowed** mode. Exclusive full-screen is not supported.

If using the spoofer, open **Ubisoft Connect** or your applicable game launcher **before** spoofing.

## Activate and launch

1. Keep your chosen overlay running as administrator.
2. Open the [Exodus loader](https://undetect.net/loader_exodus). Keep focus on the monitor where you want the overlay.
3. Paste your license key with **right-click**, then press **Enter**.
4. Follow the **Cleaner** and **HWID Virtualizer / Spoofer** choices shown by the loader. With a spoofer-only license, the prompts can differ.
5. On first use, Windows may restart more than once. Reopen the loader after each restart and continue. If it keeps rebooting more than three times, use Troubleshooting instead of continuing indefinitely.
6. When the command window closes, start the game and wait at the main menu. The menu can take **up to three minutes** to appear.
7. Press **Insert** to open or close it.

For this loader, Secure Boot and sign-in protection can affect the spoofer. Windows hypervisor settings and BIOS virtualization are different—use the fix for the exact error rather than changing every setting.

Do not use the shooting range for setup testing.
