# Troubleshooting

> Skin saves, server connection and support logs for Sapphire R6 Unlock All.

  <Accordion title="Skins reset after restarting the game">
    1. Open **Ubisoft Connect** and select your profile name.
    2. Open **Settings**.
    3. Turn **Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games** off.
    4. Restart Rainbow Six Siege.
    5. Select your skins, then enter an **Online or LAN** match to update the local save.

    If **Online Save Data Error** appears, select **Use Local Save Data**.

  <Accordion title="Skins do not appear in-game">
    Enable **In-Game Overlay for Supported Games** in Ubisoft Connect, then restart the game.

  <Accordion title="No Response From Server">
    First synchronize your Windows date and time. Check whether a firewall rule blocks the loader. If testing with the firewall temporarily off, turn it back on after the test.

    If the connection still fails:

    1. Install [Cloudflare WARP](https://downloads.cloudflareclient.com/v1/download/windows/ga).
    2. Connect in **UDP mode** and keep it connected while injecting.
    3. Launch Rainbow Six Siege and wait for the main menu.
    4. Disconnect WARP, then reconnect to the game servers.

    A successful session shows **Welcome to Sapphire**.

  <Accordion title="Synchronize date and time">
    Open **Windows Settings → Time & Language → Date & Time**. Enable **Set time automatically**, then select **Sync now**.

  <Accordion title="Generate a support log">
    Open Command Prompt and run:

    ```cmd theme={null}
    "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Sapphire\loader.exe" --support-log
    ```

    Find **Sapphire\_Log** in **%TEMP%** and send it privately to [MintKeys support](/support) when requested.
